Samaky Sai relocaion camp, Laos. Many families come from faraway mountain villages 2019. They got displaced by a series of dams-construction along the Nam Ngum river. With no fields to cultivate many of them were forced to solely dedicate to the more and more insecure fishing catch due to the lowering water level of the river caused by the dams.
